Manitoba Institute of Management
Alumni
Historical Record
Having been established in 1965, the Manitoba Institute of Management (MIM) is one of the oldest management training organizations in Canada, outside of the country's universities and colleges.
It is estimated that at least 15,000 people have been involved in MIM over the past 51 years, whether as management learners, employees or volunteers. MIM has been active in 50 countries or more.
During reorganization events in the 1990s, most records were lost. We now need to seek out all those who have been involved over the years in this dynamic and creative organization.
Where are they now?
MIM has great respect for those that came before. If you, or someone else you know, has served, learned, or practiced with MIM over the decades we would love to hear from you. Even if you no longer wish to be involved, we would like to hear your story.
MIM plans to commission an historical study of itself before 2017, the 52nd Anniversary of the organization. The call is open for volunteers to participate in this seminal undertaking.
Reception
For 2017, MIM is planning one or more receptions for Alumni who wish to reconnect with other Alumni, and Charter Members.
