Training For Managers

Training Focus

The Manitoba Institute of Management (MIM) offers a range of management training programs for individuals and groups within all sectors of the economy. This includes the private and publicly traded companies, organizations owned and operated by Indigenous Peoples, voluntary organizations, and public administration employees at international, national, and local government levels.

It is recognized that the learning process encompasses elements of knowledge, skills, and attitudes, and that management training must first and foremost focus on skill transfer and development.
